Meet The Team

The Ridgeway Barns is a small, family-run business, headed up by Alex and his wife Becky. They are pleased to be supported by Louisa, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, and a great team ranging from gardening and housekeeping to our lovely events managers. JOIN OUR TEAM!

Housekeeping Team. We are currently recruiting for a new, part-time housekeeper, to start as soon as possible, or by 9th September 2024 at the latest. The core requirement is for 6 hours on a Monday to changeover our guest accommodation (typically 9 am – 3 pm), but with scope for additional hours later in the week. This is a fixed term contract for maternity cover, but with scope for a permanent contract in the longer term.
