Meet The Team

The Ridgeway Barns is a small, family-run business, headed up by Alex and his wife Becky. They are pleased to be supported by Louisa, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, and a great team ranging from gardening and housekeeping to our lovely events managers. JOIN OUR TEAM

We are now recruiting! We have a number of vacancies within the business:

Events Manager / Events Coordinator. We are on the hunt for a full-time events manager or events coordinator to join our team from May 2026. Further details and application form can be found HERE. Deadline for applications: Friday 20th March 2026.
