Wedding memories: Lauren and Matt, 30th July 2022

Local couple Lauren and Matt held their festival-themed wedding at The Ridgeway Barns, with a twin-peak tipi from Buffalo Tipi.

What a love story! Lauren and Matt met at the local Wanborough primary school, and while it may be premature to say that is where their love blossomed, it has certainly grown over the years. With so many friends and family in the area, they just knew they wanted a Wiltshire wedding, and with it’s large, landscaped lawn The Ridgeway Barns proved to be the ideal setting for this music-loving couple.

Lauren and Matt started their celebrations by saying ‘I do’ under our beautiful oak framed gazebo, which overlooks the wonderful countryside surrounding the Ridgeway Barns.

 

This was followed by a reception party on the lawn, beautifully adorned with hay bales and barrel tables from the Cotswold Hay Bale Company. A stunning twin-peak tipi from @buffalotipis provided the backdrop, and later the space for the wedding breakfast and dancing.

The tipi was decorated with home-made bunting and stunning florals by Rachel @theflowerfactory, while the rustic tables were laid up with personalised napkins.

Scrumptious food was provided by Rachael @squarerootsevents, and later a delicious hog roast from @wolfcatering. The couple and their guests partied the night away to @folkloreband, and even had a few pics in front of the Shepherd’s Hut loos provided by @kington_eventsandfestivals.
