Wedding Memories: Fran and Nick, 18th June 2022

Happy memories! Fran and Nick are long-standing friends of the Fords and we were delighted when they approached us to celebrate their wedding at The Ridgeway Barns!

They began their celebrations with a  wedding at the church of St Andrew in Blunsdon, followed by a marquee reception accompanied by ice cream from Kelsmore Dairy. Keen rugby player Nick, ordered two kegs of our favourite Ramsbury Gold to be served to their guests, alongside our drinks service option. Despite the rain, the couple and their guests had plenty of space to enjoy the company and views from the fabulous clear-span marquee provided by Ross at Advanced Marquees. Their flavoursome wedding breakfast was provided by Bowyer Catering, who also conjured up a delicious hog roast in the evening.

For their evening party, Fran and Nick called in another of our old favourites ~ Breeze band! Okay, we may be a little biased on this one, as Alex’s dad, Dennis, features on guitar. They also booked DJs Scott & Sadie from @Menhamentertainment to keep the energy flowing until the end of the night.

Sadly the weather wasn’t on their side, although that didn’t stop the couple having the best day!
